EY seeks an Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship professional to drive the Databricks alliance program strategy and global activation across markets. You will collaborate with EY leadership, alliance partners, and EY delivery practices to coordinate objectives and deliver outcomes.

The role requires experience in alliance management, strong relationship skills, and ability to manage governance, finance, and marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services company.
• Experience building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships.
• Strong networking and influence management skills delivering results across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Databricks alliance partner program strategy.
• Gain access to alliance Databricks level programs and deploy alliance partner programs globally along with driving local activation and compliance.
• Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate financial reporting, and metrics as needed for individual alliance partner impact/influence.
• Activate new countries and super regions globally ensuring proper approvals and governance in place for new programs.
• Drive Compliance with internal policies and requirements.
• Contributes to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network by contributing content, knowledge sharing, and market insights.
