Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to drive high-impact global initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will partner with the Chief Business Officer and Applied AI leadership to turn complex data signals into actionable plans for senior executives.

You will lead governance, KPI definitions, and cross-functional programs across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, shaping the execution rhythm and ensuring scalable, repeatable delivery of AI projects.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills to handle complex challenges.
• Highly analytical with CRM data and customer insights.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite and leaders to tell a clear executive story.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and hybrid cloud.
• Quantitative, financial modeling, and data manipulation skills.
• Autonomy in fast-moving environments and build structure from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Establish global governance and operating rhythms for the Applied AI org.
• Manage AI adoption funnel with regional leadership and stages.
• Prioritize accounts and develop use-case frameworks for top 100 lists.
• Define and standardize strategic metrics for subscription and ARR.
• Evaluate ecosystem partnerships and co-deployment strategies.
• Lead cross-functional efforts and codify repeatable delivery patterns.
• Support business planning and executive storytelling with analyses.
