Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global governance, analytics, and strategic execution for Private AI growth. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, drive KPI frameworks, and shape the commercial strategy with senior leadership, field engineers, and partners.

You will synthesize complex data into actionable plans, manage initiatives from discovery to production, and influence investments to accelerate enterprise AI

Qualifications

• Proven ability to scope complex strategic challenges in enterprise GTM
• Strong analytical skills using CRM data and customer insights
• Ability to translate data into executive-grade storytelling and recommendations
• Experience with enterprise software, big data analytics, or AI/ML ecosystems preferred

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage global operating rhythms for AMER/EMEA/APAC.
• Track and optimize customer progression through Discovery, Solution, Pilot, Production stages.
• Prioritize target accounts using event-driven analytics and field feedback.
• Define and standardize KPIs for subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners (e.g., NVIDIA, VAST) on go-to-market plans.
• Design scalable processes for tracking resources and ensuring repeatable delivery.
• Develop segment analyses, growth models, and business cases for investments.
