Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global, high-impact initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will partner with the Chief Business Officer and senior leaders to translate data into actionable strategies, govern programs, and optimize field operations.

In this fast-moving role, you will manage the AI adoption funnel, define metrics, collaborate with regional teams, and synthesize technical and commercial signals into executive storylines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales strategy or revenue operations.
• Experience supporting technical sales or FDE teams.
• Deep enterprise software and hybrid cloud exposure.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance and operating rhythms for global Applied AI org.
• Track and optimize the AI adoption funnel across regions.
• Prioritize target accounts using data-driven analyses.
• Define standard KPIs for private AI adoption and ARR growth.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to maximize platform pull-through.
• Lead cross-functional teams to scale delivery patterns.
• Develop business cases and budget planning for regional pods.
