Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global governance, analytics, and execution across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will orchestrate portfolio analyses, drive executive storytelling, and partner with revenue ops to measure Private AI adoption and ARR growth.

The role emphasizes high autonomy, strategic rigor, and close collaboration with field engineering, sales leadership, and professional services to accelerate Private AI adoption across major accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills to scope complex strategic challenges.
• Highly analytical with the ability to leverage CRM data and customer insights for hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and craft executive storylines.
• Deep familiarity with enterprise data platforms, hybrid cloud, and data lakehouse concepts.
• Experience with GTM systems and BI tools; SQL is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms for the global Applied AI org across regions.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel tracking customer progression through core stages.
• Account Prioritization using analytical frameworks and ROI focus across Top 100 enterprise lists.
• Define and standardize strategic metrics with Revenue Operations and AI GTM Sales Strategy.
• Analyze ecosystem partnerships and revenue models to maximize ARR and platform pull-through.
• Lead cross-functional teams to codify repeatable delivery patterns for AEs, SEs, and PS.
