Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to drive global governance and strategic initiatives for Private AI adoption. You will lead the AI organization’s operating rhythms, analyze portfolio and sales data, and partner with field teams to accelerate growth across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills for complex challenges.
• Highly analytical with ability to translate data into insights and executive storytelling.
• Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, cloud architectures, and AI/ML ecosystems.
• Experience with CRM systems and GTM tools (Salesforce, Clari) for revenue operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage global governance and operating rhythms for Applied AI organization across regions.
• Track and optimize customer progression through Discovery, Solution, Pilot, and Production stages.
• Structure analytical frameworks to prioritize target accounts and high-ROI workloads.
• Define and standardize KPIs around subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Analyze ecosystem partnerships and co-deployment strategies to maximize ARR.
• Lead cross-functional delivery processes for scalable, repeatable outcomes.
• Build segment analyses, growth models, and business cases for investments.
