Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will partner with the Chief Business Officer and AI leaders to synthesize technical and business signals into actionable guidance for senior leadership.

You will establish governance rhythms across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, track KPIs for subscription and consumption, and work with field engineers, sales and product teams to advance high-impact

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills for complex strategic challenges.
• Analytical with CRM data and customer insights to generate hypotheses.
• Able to communicate with C-suite and senior leaders with a clear executive storyline.

Responsibilities

• Drive global governance and operating rhythms across AMER, EMEA and APAC.
• Manage the AI adoption funnel through Discovery, Solution, Pilot and Production stages.
• Prioritize target accounts using data-driven analysis and field input.
• Define and standardize KPIs for Private AI adoption and ARR growth.
• Analyze ecosystem partners and revenue-share models for go-to-market alignment.
• Lead cross-functional delivery processes with Account Executives, Solution Engineers and PS.
• Build segment analyses and business cases to guide investments and headcount.
