Job summary

Cloudera seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to drive global governance and accelerate Private AI growth across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with field engineering, Revenue Operations, and senior leadership.

This role emphasizes strategic analysis, executive storytelling, and measurable business impact in a fast-moving enterprise AI environment.

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and structuring skills for complex strategic challenges.
Analytical use of CRM data and customer insights to inform hypotheses.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders up to the C-suite with data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms across AMER/EMEA/APAC with MBR process and analytics.
Manage the AI Adoption Funnel from Discovery to Production at scale.
Build account prioritization and use-case frameworks from customer signals.
Define strategic metrics with Revenue Operations and AI GTM Sales Strategy.
Analyze ecosystem partners and co-deployment strategies to grow ARR.
Lead cross-functional delivery patterns with Account Executives and Engineers.
Support business planning and executive storytelling for growth investments.
