Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to drive high-impact initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will collaborate with field engineering, revenue operations, and GTM teams to align strategy, governance, and execution across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

You will analyze CRM and usage data, synthesize insights for senior leadership, and design scalable processes that enable repeatable, high-value outcomes in a fast-moving enterprise AI environment.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to scope complex strategic challenges and identify root causes in GTM or AI programs.
• Strong analytical skills using CRM data and customer insights to validate hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite and senior leaders through clear data-driven storytelling.
• Experience collaborating with technical and commercial teams across regions.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, hybrid cloud, and AI/ML ecosystems.
• Proven experience with cloud subscription or usage-based business models and growth scaling.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and manage the global operating rhythm for the Applied AI org across regions.
• Track, analyze, and optimize customer progression through Discovery to Production stages.
• Structure analytics to prioritize target accounts and high-ROI Private AI workloads.
• Define KPIs around subscription and consumption-based adoption with stakeholder alignment.
• Assess ecosystem partnerships and co-deployment strategies to grow ARR.
• Build scalable processes for tracking allocations and codify repeatable delivery patterns.
