Job summary

Cloudera seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global governance and high-impact initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will shape metrics, governance rhythms, and portfolio analyses with field engineering and sales leaders across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

You will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and AI specialists to drive data-driven decisions, prioritization, and scalable processes for production-scale solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills for complex strategic challenges.
• Highly analytical, able to turn CRM data and customer insights into insights.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, hybrid cloud, and data lakehouses.
• Proficiency with GTM systems (Salesforce, Clari) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Demonstrated autonomy in fast-moving environments with strong organizational rigor.

Responsibilities

• Lead global governance and operating rhythms for the Applied AI org across AMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Analyze and optimize the AI Adoption Funnel across stages from discovery to production.
• Rank accounts and define strategic use-case frameworks for Private AI workloads.
• Define standardized metrics for subscription and consumption-based adoption.
