Cloudera in the United States seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will establish governance, analyze pipelines, and translate technical signals into executive-ready recommendations for senior leadership.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on collaboration across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, reporting to the Chief Business Officer.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills for ambiguous challenges.
• Analytical use of CRM data and customer insights to form strategic hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite executives and regional leaders with clear storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage global governance and operating rhythms for Applied AI.
• Track and optimize customer progression through four core stages.
• Develop frameworks and analyses to prioritize target enterprise accounts.
• Define and standardize strategic metrics for subscription and adoption.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and cross-functional teams to align GTM.
