Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience required.
• Ability to safely perform hardware repairs with fine motor skills.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain extensive knowledge of Apple products and repair processes.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns.
• Educate customers on repairs, options, and Apple offerings.
• Mentor and support Genius Bar team members.
• Escalate customer issues as needed and support leadership.
