You will combine troubleshooting expertise with the ability to inspire excitement for Apple products and services, delivering exceptional in-store support and repair services. Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales or related work experience.
• Ability to inspect and manipulate hardware safely for repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.
• Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and offering product/service recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on repairs, products, and service options.
• Mentor and support Genius Bar team members and share knowledge.
• Work with leaders to identify recurring repair issues and provide feedback.
