Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a knowledgeable agent to repair Apple devices and diagnose hardware/software issues. You will guide customers through solutions with care, educate on purchasing options, and represent Apple values in service excellence across the Genius Bar.

You will mentor teammates, escalate when needed, and help identify recurring issues while maintaining a high standard of customer care in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

Retail or sales experience required.
Visual inspection and fine motor skills for hardware repairs.
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a customer service setting.
Prefer technical expertise of Apple products and services, including device repair.

Responsibilities

Provide extensive knowledge of Apple products and repair processes to support high-quality repairs.
Support customers with empathy for hardware/software issues and educate on buying options.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
Mentor Genius Bar team members and assist leadership with escalations.
Identify recurring issues and relay feedback to Apple; contribute to an inclusive team environment.
