Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience is required.
• Ability to safely perform hardware repairs with visual inspection and fine motor skills.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service setting.
• Knowledge of Apple products and services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with Apple product or software questions with care and empathy.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on relevant ways to buy and share product/service recommendations.
• Mentor Genius Bar team members and support leadership with escalations.
• Collaborate with store leadership and partners to address recurring repair issues.
