The role requires adapting to a fast-paced retail setting, providing exceptional support, and collaborating with team leads to address recurring issues and improve service quality.

Formación

• Experience in retail or sales environment.
• Able to perform hardware repairs with care and precision.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on repairs, products, and service options.
• Mentor team members and support escalation resolutions.
