Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.
• Ability to safely perform hardware repairs with visual inspection and fine motor skills.
• Availability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and offering product recommendations.
• Mentor and be a role model for Genius Bar team members and support leadership in escalations.
• Educate customers on repairs and Apple offerings and share knowledge with the team.
• Identify recurring repair problems and communicate feedback to Apple.
