Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Genius for its Apple Retail stores. This role combines deep troubleshooting with the ability to inspire excitement for Apple products and services, educating customers on repair options and Apple offerings.

You will repair a range of devices and mentor fellow Genius Bar team members. As a Genius, you help customers by diagnosing issues, delivering high-quality service, and aligning solutions with Apple’s repair processes and store goals.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience required.
• Able to safely perform hardware repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and educating on product options.
• Educate customers on relevant ways to buy Apple products and services.
• Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and relay feedback to Apple.
• Mentor and be a positive role model for Genius Bar team members.
• Support leadership in timely resolution of customer escalations.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning continuously.
