The role emphasizes coaching leaders, managing operations, and achieving sales and guest experience targets. Compensation includes strong base pay and a 20% bonus potential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant. Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop leaders through feedback and performance management.
• Must read and communicate in English; strong financial and leadership acumen.

• Approve hourly Team Member hiring decisions.
• Mentor and develop managers through coaching, feedback, and clear performance expectations.
• Oversee all restaurant operations including kitchen, FOH, retail/tasting room, and Wine Club.
• Lead with Cooper's Hawk values and ensure memorable guest experiences.
