Cooper’s Hawk is seeking a General Manager for our high-volume, full-service restaurant with scratch kitchen, tasting room, and Wine Club community in Northern Virginia. You will lead a team of managers and hourly staff to deliver uncompromising hospitality, operational excellence, and guest experiences that showcase our brand.

Compensation includes a base salary range of $90,000 to $112,000 per year plus a target 20% bonus, with comprehensive benefits to support your wellness and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-development能力.

• Approve hourly Team Member hiring decisions
• Mentor and develop managers through coaching and feedback
• Lead with emphasis on guest experience and hospitality standards
