Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant featuring a scratch kitchen, tasting room, and an active Wine Club. This role focuses on operational excellence, guest experience, and developing a leadership team.

You will drive hospitality standards, coach managers, and execute business plans to grow the Wine Club and overall revenue. Compensation includes a base plus bonus potential, reflective of experience and internal pay equity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong business acumen with financial decision-making.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including kitchen and front-of-house, retail/tasting room and Wine Club.
• Develop and inspire a team of leaders and team members through coaching and performance feedback.
• Lead with passion to deliver uncompromising hospitality and guest experiences.
• Drive sales, profitability, and Wine Club growth with data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with department managers to achieve financial and operational goals.
