Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking a General Manager for its Northern Virginia operation. The role oversees a high-volume, full-service restaurant with scratch kitchen, tasting room, and Wine Club. You’ll lead a team to deliver uncompromising hospitality and drive growth in the Wine Club community.

The compensation range is $90,000–$112,000 per year with a 20% bonus potential. Final offer depends on experience, skills, and internal equity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
