Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, develop a strong team, and deliver top-notch guest experiences at our Taco Bell location. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and accountability within a fast-paced environment.

The position includes competitive compensation up to $100,000 per year plus bonus potential, plus education programs, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits for all staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early morning, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• This exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to meet business and operational demands.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Provide leadership to ensure consistent, safe, and welcoming service.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and labor costs while maintaining quality standards.
