Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead the entire restaurant, uphold our CORE values, and create a safe, welcoming environment for guests and team members. You will manage operations, drive profitability, recruit and train staff, and empower employees to deliver fast, friendly service.

You’ll be responsible for scheduling, performance monitoring, and maintaining high standards in food safety and guest experience, with opportunities for career growth within this growing Taco Bell

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail experience (or combination with education).
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays; 50+ hours per week when needed.
• Exempt management position; required to meet business/operational demands.
• Must be at least 18 years old; valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and friendly service.
• Reinforce Border Foods core values and ensure safety and standards.
• Schedule and deploy the team effectively and monitor performance.
• Drive profitability by managing labor, inventory and waste.
