Border Foods LLC in Minnesota is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast‑paced Taco Bell restaurant with a focus on guest experience and people development. You will drive daily operations, uphold our CORE values, and coach a diverse team to deliver safe, quality food with a friendly, efficient service.

This exempt management role requires 50+ hours weekly, hands-on leadership, sales growth, P&L stewardship, and strong recruiting and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with additional hours as needed.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and lead a strong team delivering fast, friendly service.
• Uphold Border Foods core values and safety standards.
• Manage scheduling, tasks, and training of Team Members.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
