Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations end to end, ensuring safe, high quality food and fast, friendly service.
• Build and lead a strong team, coach shifts and monitor performance.
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory and cash handling to maximize profitability.
• Represent Border Foods in customer interactions and maintain store standards.
