Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead operations of a Taco Bell franchise location, driving strong financials, guest satisfaction, and team development.

You will manage end-to-end restaurant operations, recruit and train staff, and uphold Border Foods’ Core Values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment. Eligible for top-tier bonuses and performance rewards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combination of experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; 50+ hour weeks.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong team delivering great food and friendly service.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members; manage shift staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor KPIs and profitability, leveraging P&L data to drive decisions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards across all locations.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture aligned with Border Foods core values.
