Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead operations for a Taco Bell franchise location. You will oversee the entire restaurant, drive great guest experiences, and champion our core values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment.

The role requires 3+ years in restaurant or retail, with demonstrated experience in sales building, P&L management, recruiting, and training. Must be 18+, with ServeSafe certification and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• The exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to meet business and operational demands.
• ServeSafe Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure customers receive great food and a friendly experience.
• Reinforce Border Foods core values (Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, Empowerment).
• Lead and coach team members and shift leaders; manage scheduling and deployment of the team.
• Monitor performance and hold staff to standards; drive fast, friendly service.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, and compliance with policies.
