Job summary

Border Foods LLC, a Taco Bell franchise leader, seeks a General Manager to lead operations and build a strong team focused on delivering great food and a welcoming guest experience.

You will reinforce Border Foods core values—Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork and Empowerment—while driving sales, managing P&L, and ensuring high standards across the restaurant. Expect a demanding but rewarding leadership role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays; schedule demands may change.
• Exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with additional hours as needed.
• ServeSafe Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly guest experience.
• Reinforce Border Foods core values and empower team members to provide excellent service.
• Drive sales and manage the restaurant’s financials while maintaining safety and quality standards.
