Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive guest experience and build a high-performing team. The role emphasizes accountability, integrity, family values, and empowerment within a fast-paced Taco Bell franchise environment.

The GM will manage the full restaurant operation, ensure safety and quality, and foster a culture of growth and development for both staff and customers. Competitive pay and extensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience required.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant.
• Build and lead a strong team ensuring safety and quality food.
• Develop and execute staffing and scheduling plans.
