Job summary

Border Foods LLC, a Taco Bell franchisee, is hiring a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, coach a diverse team, and uphold our Core Values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork and Empowerment.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage the P&L, recruit and develop talent, and ensure safe, friendly service while meeting financial goals and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends and some holidays. Schedule may change.
• Exempt management position expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Drive customer service and ensure a friendly, efficient dining experience.
• Lead scheduling, training, and development of Team Members to meet standards.
