Job summary

Border Foods, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, build a strong team, and uphold our core values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment.

You will drive profit, hire and develop Team Members, and deliver fast, friendly service while managing costs and safety standards. Hours include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Required when needed, ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Exempt management position expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Lead team members and shift leaders to ensure safe, quality food and friendly service.
• Drive fast and friendly service and maintain POS system accuracy.
• Manage scheduling and deployment of the team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and local/state/federal laws.
