The GM hires and develops staff, deploys resources for profitability, applies brand standards, and leads engagement and customer service initiatives while managing audits and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years P&L management in a restaurant setting.
• Experience across QSR / casual dining environments.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
