HMSHost is seeking a General Manager I to lead a QSR restaurant or cluster of locations near each other. You will oversee operations, staffing, training, and financial performance to ensure the unit meets high standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant P&L experience and 5–7 years restaurant operations.
• Proven leadership and staff development abilities.
• Strong understanding of HMSHost policies, service standards, and brand procedures.
• Ability to read financial and operational data and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and ensure opening/closing checklists are completed.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability and manage shifts coverage.
• Hire, coach, and discipline staff; promote HMSHost as employer of choice.
• Ensure onboarding, training, and compliance with badging and safety standards.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate with vendors on supply issues.
