HMSHost is seeking a General Manager I to lead a QSR restaurant or cluster, ensuring cleanliness, staffing, and operation to high standards. You will manage P&L responsibility, oversee opening/closing tasks, and drive revenue through strategic staffing and execution.

The role emphasizes leadership, team development, and adherence to brand standards while fostering an inclusive, safety-conscious work environment. On-site expectations vary by location and shift.

Qualifications

• GM requires 3+ years of restaurant P&L management experience.
• 5–7 years of overall restaurant experience preferred.
• Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for time-based experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close restaurant operations with opening/closing checklists.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability and meet objectives.
• Interview candidates and make hiring/advancement decisions.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and health/safety procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff to drive performance.
