Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a General Manager I to lead a QSR restaurant or small cluster, ensuring cleanliness, staffing, and high standards. The GM will manage P&L and make leadership decisions to drive the restaurant's success.

Responsibilities include staffing, deployment, coaching, and adherence to brand standards, with a focus on engagement and performance. The role requires on-site leadership and collaboration with operations leadership.

Qualifications

• GM requires 3 years restaurant P&L experience and 5-7 years of restaurant operations experience.
• Demonstrates team management, delegation and issue resolution for multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of HMSHost policies, standards, and operations; ability to act on brand standards and CBAs.

Responsibilities

• Open and close responsibilities with accountability for opening/closing checklists.
• Deploys staff to maximize profitability and supports coaching and development.
• Reviews financial and operational data to monitor progress toward unit goals.
