Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy Taco Bell franchise location. You will oversee every aspect of restaurant operations, drive sales, manage the P&L, recruit and train staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role demands 50-hour weeks, a valid driver’s license, and a ServSafe certification. Competitive base pay with top-tier bonus potential and extensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
