Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead operations, culture, and a strong team across a Taco Bell franchise. You will drive earnings, uphold core values, and create safe, welcoming environments for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• This exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
