Job summary

Border Foods, one of the largest Taco Bell franchisees in America, is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant and uphold our CORE values: Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment.

You will manage operations, coach a high-performing team, ensure quality food and guest experience, and drive sales with a focus on people development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Time management for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Exempt management role with 50+ hours/week when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Drive a safe, welcoming, and quality guest experience.
• Lead with Border Foods CORE values (Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, Empowerment).
• Coach team members and Shift Leaders; ensure tasks are completed and standards met.
• Manage scheduling, customer service, and cash handling per policy.
