Border Foods LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead operations across our Taco Bell restaurants. You will reinforce our CORE values—Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment—and build a strong, guest‑focused team delivering great food and a friendly experience.

This exempt management role requires at least three years in restaurant or retail, experience with sales building, P&L, recruiting, and training, and a willingness to work 50+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Exempt management, 50+ hours weekly with flexible scheduling.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong team.
• Ensure fast, friendly service and quality food.
• Manage scheduling, labor, and budget using P&L insights.
• Maintain health, safety, and compliance with laws.
