Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Retail Keyholder to assist the store management in executing daily store activities and delivering outstanding guest service. You will help maintain visuals, stock, and the trade-in program while ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.

Greet guests, answer questions, process transactions via POS, and support sales, shrink, and profit goals. High school diploma and retail experience preferred; must be 18+ and able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Provide genuine and friendly assistance to every guest during each visit.
• Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication and listening skills in English; bilingual EN/SP preferred.
• Work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Meet performance expectations including attendance, dress, and grooming.
• Operate POS system and complete required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, answer questions, inform about promos and trade-in program, and thank guests.
• Support shopping environment and nurture guest relationships to drive sales and loyalty.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via POS system.
• Answer guest questions in person or by phone and provide professional service.
• Promote GameStop guest benefits like reservations and Pro Rewards.
• Ensure store areas are clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
