GameStop is seeking a Retail Keyholder to assist store management in supervising daily store activities and delivering exceptional guest service. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and help drive sales while ensuring a clean, organized environment.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, weekends, and some holidays. Prior retail or supervisory experience is a plus.

Formación

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the store up to 10 hours per day.

Responsabilidades

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs, and promote promos and trade-ins.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and nurture guest relationships to drive sales.
• Process purchases and returns via the POS system accurately.
• Promote GameStop loyalty programs and reservations features.
• Support store management to meet sales, profit, and shrink goals.
