Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.

• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, address questions, promote promotions, and drive sales.
• Support store environment, visuals, and guest relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
• Address guest questions in person or by phone to ensure top-notch service.
• Promote GameStop benefits like reservations program and Pro Rewards loyalty.
