Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Retail Keyholder to assist store management with daily operations while delivering exceptional guest service. You will help maintain a clean, organized store and support the Circle of Life buy, sell, trade, and reservation model.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing purchases with the POS system, promoting trade-in programs, and ensuring high standards of service and merchandising. A high school diploma and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Clear verbal and written English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Stand and move for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, address questions, promote promotions and the trade-in program, and thank guests for choosing GameStop.
• Support the shopping environment and assist with visual/operational elements to drive sales and loyalty.
• Process purchases and returns accurately via the POS system and ensure top-notch service.
• Handle guest inquiries in-person or by phone and respond promptly and professionally.
