Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Retail Keyholder to assist the store management in executing store activities and delivering outstanding guest service. You will help with trade-ins, reservations, and loyalty programs while ensuring products are accessible and the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities include handling purchases, returns, inventory, and supporting sales goals, with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service should be demonstrated in person and over the phone.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and assist guests with video gaming needs.
• Process purchases, returns, and transactions through the POS system.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising according to guidelines.
• Support store management in achieving sales and shrink goals.
• Balance daily transaction totals and manage cash deposits as needed.
