Qualifications

• Guest service experience in retail preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, answer questions, and promote promotions and loyalty programs.
• Support the shopping environment and nurture guest relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
• Answer guest inquiries in person or by phone to ensure top-notch service.
• Promote GameStop benefits and reservations programs.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Safeguard assets via inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Conduct inventory counts and stock replenishment to keep shelves full and accurate.
• Assist management in achieving sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete administrative duties.
• Balance daily transactions and prepare bank deposits per guidelines.
