Job summary

GameStop seeks a Retail Keyholder to support store management in delivering exceptional guest service and overseeing daily store operations. You will greet guests, assist with gaming needs, manage sales and returns at the POS, and keep the store clean and organized to enhance guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Assist guests with gaming needs and explain promotions and trade-in options.
• Process purchases and returns accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise per guidelines.
• Support store management to meet sales, profit, and shrink goals.
• Close out daily transactions and balance cash with accuracy.
