GameStop is seeking a Retail Keyholder to assist store management in delivering exceptional guest service and running daily operations. You’ll engage customers, manage transactions, and promote trade-ins, reservations, and rewards programs while maintaining a clean and organized store.

The role requires a high school diploma, 18+ years old, and retail or guest service experience. You’ll work under moderate supervision to support sales and customer loyalty in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs, promote promotions and trade-in program.
• Support the shopping environment and nurture guest relationships that lead to sales.
• Process purchases and returns via POS with accuracy.
• Handle inquiries in person or by phone, ensuring top-notch service.
• Promote GameStop rewards programs and reservations program.
• Maintain clean, organized stores and ensure fixtures are in working order.
• Complete Omni-Channel orders daily.
• Manage inventory and loss prevention practices to protect assets.
• Assist management in achieving sales, profit and shrink goals.
