Job summary

GameStop in the United States is hiring a Retail Keyholder to support store management and supervise daily store activities. You will deliver best-in-class guest service, process purchases, and help drive sales while maintaining a clean, organized shopping environment.

Responsibilities include inventory checks, loss prevention, opening/closing procedures, and merchandising guidance. A high school diploma and at least 1 year in retail are preferred; 18+ and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in retail sales, guest service, and/or management preferred.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, recommend items, and ensure a positive checkout experience.
• Process purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and merchandise according to guidelines.
• Promote store loyalty programs and promotions to guests.
• Support store management in achieving sales, profit, and shrink goals.
