Job summary

GameStop in United States is seeking a Retail Keyholder to support store management in daily operations. You will deliver best-in-class guest service, guide customers through gaming products, and promote promotions and the Pro Rewards loyalty program.

You’ll also handle POS transactions, help maintain a clean, organized store, and assist in inventory control and loss prevention. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of retail or guest service experience;

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and assist customers with gaming needs.
• Promote promotions and trade-in program and Pro Rewards loyalty.
• Process purchases and returns via the POS system accurately.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising per guidelines.
• Protect company assets through inventory control and loss prevention.
• Assist store management to meet sales and profit goals.
